How can I return a Click & Collect order?

Click & Collect orders follow the same returns process as any other online order.

Whether you picked up your order in-store or had it delivered to your address, the same return and exchange options apply.


Can I return or exchange my Click & Collect order in-store?

Yes, you can return or exchange your item at any AXL+CO store, provided that:

  • the item is in its original condition
  • the swing tags are still attached
  • you have a copy of your invoice
  • the return is made within 365 days of the original purchase date

Any online orders that have been exchanged in-store from 27/05/2026 will only be eligible for a refund within 30 days for full priced items and 14 days for sale items.

Kindly note we strongly recommend submitting your return through the returns portal if originally purchased online.


Can I return my Click & Collect order online?

Yes, if you’re unable to visit a store, you can send your item back to our online warehouse using our returns portal.


Can I exchange an item online?

At this stage, we’re unable to process exchanges through our online store.

If you’d like a different item, we recommend:

  1. placing a new order for the item you want
  2. returning the original item separately

This is the quickest way to receive your preferred item.
